New music including Death From Above 1979, St. Vincent and Japanese Breakfast on this week’s West Of The Fields podcast

The first show back on WMEB in over a year didn’t quite go as planned, after my 8-year-old laptop locked up about an hour into the show and I had to improvise the remainder of the program with music from the radio station library! Still, it was a joy to be back on the air and the spontaneity of flying by the seat of my pants reminded me of the first days doing my show back as a UM undergrad. Hopefully you’ll enjoy the results.
